Baby Deer!

 

 

On our walk today we saw several deer.  The 2 baby deer were a lot closer to the side walk than we usually see them.   

 

 

We went on our walk because William would not take a nap.  After seeing the deer, he finally fell asleep.  Wade is actually staying awake for walks now!

 

 

Last week, we made our first trip to the ER.  We barely missed making to the Austin Regional Clinic so we had no choice to go to Dell Children's Hospital.  Wade's fever reached 104.6 so I wanted someone to check him out.  I found out that he was exposed to Hand Foot Mouth so I figured that was responsible for the fever.  After being at the hospital for several hours, they confirmed HFM.  We stayed home for the rest of the week and gave him lots of love and kisses.  Luckily, no one else got sick!

 

 

 

 

A lot of life has happened since the last time I wrote on this site.  I will explain a few of the changes over time.  However, now I will be writing to the boys.  I want them to be able to look at this one day as a document of their lives

We moved to a new house about a month ago.  We outgrew our old house.  The house was filled with great memories like bringing both of you home from the hospital too but we needed to move on.  At our old house, we would walk on our neighborhood trail a couple of times a week.  We walked to Mills Pond at Wells Branch in order to see the ducks.  However, in our new neighborhood we see deer on our walks.  Here are two baby deer that we saw on our walk today.

 I definitely knew that I wanted to get y'all a playscape.  We got lucky and found a good one on craigslist.  Here are a few pictures from when we stained it for the first time. 

I'm figuring things out all over again.  I'll have to try again tomorrow!
