Wade got baptized!

Round Rock Library!  The boys had a good time with the "truck" theme story time.  Trying to get Wade to stay in the room was a little difficult but they both really enjoyed getting to play with trucks afterwards.

Since Wade is getting baptized this weekend, Mike's parents came into town.  Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of everything.  On Thursday, we all went to the Blanton Museum and Hula Hut.  It's always fun to go to Hula Hut since it is the place that Mike and I met.

On Friday, we made a trip to Zilker Park and to South Congress for lunch.  Luckily it was a beautiful day!

About to ride the train!

Wade's big day was on Sunday!  We are very thankful for Tim and Melissa for traveling to Austin so they could be Wade's godparents.  The boys had a good time together.

We had a busy morning on Monday.  First was my appointment with Dr. Seeker.  Cheryl got to go and see the baby girl who is about to join our family.  They said she is now 2 pounds and 13 ounces.  She is measuring about 50th percentile.  So it looks like she will not be a 90th percentile baby like William.  Then we went to Tot-Smarts.  We started Tot-Smarts for the past 14 months.  Anuva, the teacher, is pregnant with twins so we will only have one more class session.  I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to do this class with William over the past 14 months.  He has grown so much during this time.  When we first started the class, he would mainly just run around the room.  Now, he does the activities and talks to me about them.  I will miss going to the class but wish Anuva and her 2 new little ones the best!

Wade really liked putting the pasta circles on the pipe cleaner.  I will have to remember this activity!

After Tot-Smarts, we went to the Aquarium again.  The strangest thing happened when we were leaving though.  When we walked out of the aquarium, I saw someone get into my car.  The man got into my passenger seat but didn't look like he was trying to steal anything.  Well, I had actually forgotten to lock my car and the man was just getting into the wrong car.  His friend who was still outside the car said, "Well, I just bought that car and they look very similar."  He was actually parked a row over and had just bought a maroon Tahoe.  I noticed that the license plate said Chuck Nash and the car looked exactly like my old Tahoe.  Well, it was MY TAHOE!  What are the chances!

Another crazy cold front came through Austin on Monday night!  Since Mike's parents had an early flight, they stayed at a hotel close to the airport instead of staying with us.  It was a good thing they did because they probably would not have made their flight on Tuesday morning.  We woke up to a bunch of ice again!

The neighbors tree so covered in ice so it was touching our playground.

Everything was covered in ice!

Round Rock ISD delayed classes 2 hours so William didn't have preschool.  The boys had fun though.

Today, we went to the Thinkery with Jenny, Violet, and Henry.  Violet and William became friends in Tot-Smarts so another reason to be thankful for going to the class.

Painting for the first time at the Thinkery!

Of course, Wade stayed in the same spot for a majority of the time while in the water room.

Crazy man Wade!

I think we could sign Wade up for wrestling if they had it for toddlers!

William loves his new Jake and the Neverland Pirates sword and telescope that he got today for his birthday.
