The Adragnas were finally going to the hospital to have baby #2. So, Anthony came over to spend the night at our house while his parents were at the hospital. We all had a blast, especially the boys. William tried to show off the whole time and Wade wanted to do everything that the bigger boys were doing.
The boys were asleep when Anthony showed up so we turned on a show when his parents left.
The sleeping set up. Anthony slept in William's room. It took them about 2 hours to finally go asleep after we put them in bed but at least they stayed asleep all night. William was the guilty party!
The boys watching their show before bedtime.
Wade had an appointment with the ENT doctor on Thursday. I wanted all of the boys to be able to hang out but Wade already had his appointment set up. He has had 2 ear infections since getting tubes in his ears. The doctor confirmed that the right tube is not working properly and he has fluid build up right now. We will go back in 6 weeks to get him checked out again. He might have to get tubes again! He was a champ at the appointment though. He sat still so Dr. Thompson could look into his ears. The doctor said "Moments like these and kids like him make you want to have more." I don't think he noticed that I was already pregnant though!
After staying up too late and getting up early, William was exhausted. He feel asleep on the couch while watching a show after preschool.
Friday was another beautiful day so we had to go to a park. We met some friends at Springwoods Park. The kids in Texas can't really make snow angels in January but they can make sand angels!

After going to the park we went to the hospital to see the Adragnas. They had a little girl and named her Cecilia Christine! She is beautiful! Well, the boys feel asleep on the way to the hospital and on the way home so they had no interest in napping when we got home. So, it was time to go back outside!
I love that we have so many different things to do outside in our neighborhood. We can walk on the Oak Brook trail to the waterfall and see deer along the way. We can go left on the Brushy Creek trail and go play in the sand or small splash pad at Champion Park or go on to Brushy Creek Lake Park. We can go right on the trail and go to the "duck pond." This pond has been under construction since we moved into our house so we are just getting to enjoy it.
William rode his bike to the pond.
William liked throwing rocks into the water. Wade just pulled the grass and threw it!
Big rock!
With the pond under construction all of the ducks left. I have seen a few ducks at the pond when we have driven by but there were not any on this day. However, there was a guy at the pond with his 3 baby ducks. He let the kids play with them but I was afraid what the boys were going to do!
We stopped at Creekside Park on the way back.
I love watching Wade play!
On Saturday, Mike finally got the bike trailer set up!
